How is the Artwork shipped?
Once you buy a painting it will be shipped within the next 2-3 business days with the shipping option you chose at checkout.
I will email you a tracking number as soon as the artwork is shipped.

How soon will I receive it?
You can see an estimation for shipping time at checkout.

Do you have a guarantee or return policy?
If for some reason, you would like to return a painting, I will accept all returns within 7 days of reception and will return the money minus the Paypal and shipping fees as long as the painting is in the same condition.

Is the work insured? What do I do in case of damage?
Paintings are very carefully packaged before shipping as to avoid any damage during transportation, if damage occurs anyway contact me, and we will arrange a refund and return of the painting.

How should I care for my original Art?
If your painting becomes dusty, you can clean it with a soft cloth.  Do not use a cleaning agent. All paintings are finished either with varnish or with wax .
As for any original Art, avoid to display the painting in direct sunlight.
